Marretti spiral staircases are built with a diameter between 100 and 300 cm, divided by centimetres. The thickness of the steps and the diameter of the central pole vary according to the chosen dimensions. They can be made in wood, glass, resin, steel, stone, marble or fitted with carpet. The banister can be chosen from those already available or, since these are not a structural component of the staircase, it can be decided to do without. The feasibility of each staircase is confirmed by an inspection of the actual conditions of the environment.
